  • Must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents & >=21 years old
  • Courses have to be fully paid for by the employer
  • Trainee is not a full-time national serviceman

Additional Grants

SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

Eligible SME employers will receive a one-off S$10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiatives, over and above the support levels of existing schemes.

Absentee Payroll Reimbursement

Eligible SME employers can claim absentee Payroll (AP) at a standard rate of $4.50 per hour.

Our target audience is any working professionals looking to upgrade their skills in negotiation. This is also extended to those who were not given the opportunity of a higher education, hence the low entry requirement of 1 GCE O Level credit.
